Abby, our esteemed executive chef, was no stranger to the world of baking. Raised in a home where traditional Filipino desserts were a staple, Abby’s passion for baking was nurtured from a young age by her mother, a talented pastry chef. This love for baking was not just about creating desserts; it was about celebrating heritage, bringing joy, and making every occasion special.

As Abby became a mother to five wonderful children, her kitchen became a hub of celebration, crafting cakes, cupcakes, and more for her children’s birthday parties. It wasn’t long before her delicious creations became the talk of the town, with other moms requesting her baking magic for their celebrations. This overwhelming demand sparked an idea, turning a passion into a profession, and thus, Baked Dessert Bar was born.

After years of baking from home and sharing her treats with friends and family, Abby and her supportive husband decided it was time to take the next step. In 2015, they opened the doors to the very first Baked Dessert Bar location in Rancho Cucamonga, transforming a family tradition into a community treasure.
